Lagoi, Bintan is a resort destination in Indonesia, easily accessible via a 60-minute ferry ride from Singapore.
Ferries operate between Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (Singapore) and Bandar Bentan Telani Terminal (Bintan). Schedules below are indicative and subject to change by the ferry operator — please confirm closer to travel.

The nearest international gateway is Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), followed by a ferry transfer to Bintan.
- Upon arrival at Changi Airport, all passengers must collect their checked baggage. Luggage cannot be checked through from your flight to the ferry.
- Participants are responsible for making their own way from Changi Airport to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, which is approximately a 10–15 minute taxi ride from the airport.
- At Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, participants must check in again and re-check their luggage before boarding the ferry to Bintan.
- Participants may choose to travel directly to Bintan or stay overnight in Singapore at their own expense before taking the ferry the following day.
Domestic Access within Indonesia
Participants traveling from within Indonesia may fly directly to Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport (TNJ) in Tanjung Pinang, Bintan. Ground transportation from the airport to the resort can be arranged, providing a convenient alternative to traveling via Singapore and ferry.Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Most ASEAN and many international visitors can enter Indonesia visa-free or with visa-on-arrival. Transfers between the Bintan ferry terminal, hotel, and venue will be provided closer to the event. Note that travel from Singapore Changi Airport to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal is arranged independently by each participant — see "What is the nearest airport?" above for details.
Yes, the venue provides Wi-Fi access, and suitable spaces for informal work and meetings will be available.
Accommodation is included as part of the summit package. Room details will be shared upon confirmation.
Yes, room upgrades may be arranged subject to availability and additional cost.
Participants will stay at the official summit hotel in Lagoi, Bintan.
Participants may choose alternative accommodation; however, access to summit logistics and transfers may be limited.
The summit is designed as a full experience. Partial participation may be possible, but fees remain based on the full program.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from USC Marshall Executive Education.

Yes. Participants will receive a USC Marshall Executive Education certificate of completion, along with a digital badge to recognize their participation.
This is a non-credit executive education program. Participants will receive a certificate of completion from USC Marshall Executive Education.
Key materials and resources will be shared with participants where appropriate to support continued learning beyond the summit.
Select sessions may be recorded and shared, subject to faculty approval and content considerations. The program is designed to prioritize in-person engagement and dialogue.
The summit includes curated networking sessions, executive roundtables, and social events designed to foster meaningful connections across industries.
Yes. Faculty will lead the sessions and engage directly with participants through discussions, Q&A, and interactive components throughout the summit.
Faculty will be present on-site and may join selected networking sessions. Their primary focus, however, is delivering a high-quality learning experience.

The final day includes optional activities and experiences designed to complement the summit, such as networking sessions or leisure activities.
Yes, selected activities may require advance registration. Details will be shared prior to the event.
Business casual is recommended for sessions (no tie required). Resort casual attire is appropriate for evening and final-day activities.
Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, tickets may be transferred to another person.
Yes, registration transfers may be allowed subject to prior notice and approval.
