This summit is designed for senior leaders, executives, and decision-makers across industries, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, and next-generation leaders.

Yes, companies are welcome to send teams. Special packages are available under our corporate partnership options.

Lagoi, Bintan is a resort destination in Indonesia, easily accessible via a 60-minute ferry ride from Singapore.

The nearest international access point is Singapore Changi Airport, with onward ferry transfer to Bintan. Domestic access via Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport (Tanjungpinang) is also available.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Most ASEAN and many international visitors can enter Indonesia visa-free or with visa-on-arrival. Further details will be shared upon registration.

Details on transfers between ferry terminal, hotel, and venue will be provided closer to the event.

Yes, the venue provides Wi-Fi access, and suitable spaces for informal work and meetings will be available.

Yes. Participants will receive a USC Marshall Executive Education certificate of completion, along with a digital badge to recognize their participation.

This is a non-credit executive education program. Participants will receive a certificate of completion from USC Marshall Executive Education.

Key materials and resources will be shared with participants where appropriate to support continued learning beyond the summit.

Select sessions may be recorded and shared, subject to faculty approval and content considerations. The program is designed to prioritize in-person engagement and dialogue.

Yes. Faculty will lead the sessions and engage directly with participants through discussions, Q&A, and interactive components throughout the summit.

Faculty will be present on-site and may join selected networking sessions. Their primary focus, however, is delivering a high-quality learning experience.
