1. Who is this summit designed for?

This summit is designed for senior leaders, executives, and decision-makers across industries, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, and next-generation leaders.

2. Can companies send teams?

Yes, companies are welcome to send teams. Special packages are available under our corporate partnership options.

3. Where is Lagoi, Bintan and how do I get there?

Lagoi, Bintan is a resort destination in Indonesia, easily accessible via a 60-minute ferry ride from Singapore.

4. What is the ferry schedule between Singapore and Bintan?

Ferries operate between Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (Singapore) and Bandar Bentan Telani Terminal (Bintan). Schedules below are indicative and subject to change by the ferry operator — please confirm closer to travel.

5. What is the nearest airport?

The nearest international gateway is Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), followed by a ferry transfer to Bintan.

Upon arrival at Changi Airport, all passengers must collect their checked baggage. Luggage cannot be checked through from your flight to the ferry.
Participants are responsible for making their own way from Changi Airport to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, which is approximately a 10–15 minute taxi ride from the airport.
At Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, participants must check in again and re-check their luggage before boarding the ferry to Bintan.
Participants may choose to travel directly to Bintan or stay overnight in Singapore at their own expense before taking the ferry the following day.

Domestic Access within Indonesia

Participants traveling from within Indonesia may fly directly to Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport (TNJ) in Tanjung Pinang, Bintan. Ground transportation from the airport to the resort can be arranged, providing a convenient alternative to traveling via Singapore and ferry.

6. Are visas required for Indonesia?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Most ASEAN and many international visitors can enter Indonesia visa-free or with visa-on-arrival. For the latest visa and entry guidance, including visa-on-arrival details, please refer to Bintan Resorts’ travel visa page.

7. Will transportation be provided?

Transfers between the Bintan ferry terminal, hotel, and venue will be provided closer to the event. Note that travel from Singapore Changi Airport to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal is arranged independently by each participant — see "What is the nearest airport?" above for details.

8. Is there Wi-Fi or workspace available?

Yes, the venue provides Wi-Fi access, and suitable spaces for informal work and meetings will be available.

9. Is accommodation included? What type of room is provided?

Accommodation is included as part of the summit package. Room details will be shared upon confirmation.

10. Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, room upgrades may be arranged subject to availability and additional cost.

11. Where will participants stay?

Participants will stay at the official summit hotel in Lagoi, Bintan.

12. Can I stay at a different hotel?

Participants may choose alternative accommodation; however, access to summit logistics and transfers may be limited.

13. Can I attend only part of the program or stay fewer nights?

The summit is designed as a full experience. Partial participation may be possible, but fees remain based on the full program.

14. Are meals included?

Yes, meals, networking receptions, and selected dining experiences are included.

15. What will participants gain from attending?

Participants will gain practical insights on leadership, business transformation, and emerging trends, with a focus on real-world application in today's business environment.

16. Will there be a certificate or executive education recognition?

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from USC Marshall Executive Education.

17. Will materials be shared after the summit?

Selected materials will be shared after the summit, subject to faculty approval.

18. Will real-world case studies or business scenarios be included?

Yes. The program will incorporate real-world case studies and practical business scenarios to connect strategy with execution. While faculty are finalizing the program design, a strong emphasis will remain on actionable insights and real-world application.

19. To what extent will the content be tailored to the ASEAN context?

The program is being intentionally designed with the ASEAN context in mind. Faculty are engaging with regional leaders to ensure relevance, while also drawing connections to global perspectives that matter for ASEAN-based organizations.

20. Will participants receive an official certificate from USC Marshall Executive Education?

Yes. Participants will receive a USC Marshall Executive Education certificate of completion, along with a digital badge to recognize their participation.

21. Is there any form of executive education credit or recognition attached to this program?

This is a non-credit executive education program. Participants will receive a certificate of completion from USC Marshall Executive Education.

22. Will presentation materials be shared with participants?

Key materials and resources will be shared with participants where appropriate to support continued learning beyond the summit.

23. Can sessions be recorded and shared after the summit?

Select sessions may be recorded and shared, subject to faculty approval and content considerations. The program is designed to prioritize in-person engagement and dialogue.

24. What networking opportunities are included?

The summit includes curated networking sessions, executive roundtables, and social events designed to foster meaningful connections across industries.

25. Will there be opportunities for direct interaction with faculty?

Yes. Faculty will lead the sessions and engage directly with participants through discussions, Q&A, and interactive components throughout the summit.

26. Will faculty be involved in networking sessions or informal discussions?

Faculty will be present on-site and may join selected networking sessions. Their primary focus, however, is delivering a high-quality learning experience.

27. Is it possible for faculty to participate in private executive roundtables or closed-door sessions?

28. How many faculty members will be involved in the program?

The inaugural summit will feature two USC Marshall faculty experts.

29. Will faculty be present throughout the full duration or only for selected sessions?

Faculty will be on-site for the duration of the summit, with primary focus on leading and facilitating their sessions while engaging with participants across the program.

30. What activities are available on the final day?

The final day includes optional activities and experiences designed to complement the summit, such as networking sessions or leisure activities.

31. Do participants need to select activities in advance?

Yes, selected activities may require advance registration. Details will be shared prior to the event.

32. What is the recommended attire?

Business casual is recommended for sessions (no tie required). Resort casual attire is appropriate for evening and final-day activities.

33. What is the cancellation policy?

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, tickets may be transferred to another person.

34. Can registration be transferred?

Yes, registration transfers may be allowed subject to prior notice and approval.
