1. General Information
- The information provided on this website is for general reference only and may be subject to change.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend program details, including but not limited to schedule, speakers, venue, and format, at any time where necessary.
2. Registration & Confirmation
- Submission of interest does not constitute a confirmed registration.
- Participation in the program is only confirmed upon written confirmation from the organizer and, where applicable, receipt of full or partial payment.
- The organizer reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its discretion.
3. Fees & Payment
- All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms, including deadlines and methods, will be communicated upon confirmation of participation.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- All payments made are subject to the cancellation and refund policy outlined below.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative fees)
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
- The organizer reserves the right to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5. Substitution Policy
- Registered participants may request to transfer their participation to another individual from the same organization, subject to prior approval by the organizer.
- All substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days before the event.
6. Program Changes & Cancellation by Organizer
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, including speakers, session formats, and schedule.
- In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, participants will be notified promptly.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the organizer's policy.
- The organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.
7. Travel & Logistics
- Round-trip transfers between designated arrival points (ferry terminal or airport) and the venue will be arranged for participants.
- Detailed schedules will be communicated prior to the event.
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the designated arrival points unless otherwise stated.
8. Accommodation & Inclusions
- Program fees may include accommodation, meals, and specified program activities as outlined in the official program details.
- Any additional expenses, including personal expenses, optional activities, or incidental charges, are the responsibility of the participant.
9. Participant Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of applicable laws or venue policies, without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
- All program materials, content, presentations, and recordings are the intellectual property of the organizer and/or its partners.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Media & Photography
- The program may be recorded, photographed, or filmed.
- By participating, attendees consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness in promotional and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
- Photography and video content captured during the event may be used across digital and print channels including the organizer's website, social media, and partner communications.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify the organizer in writing at least 7 days before the event.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of program administration, communication, and related activities.
- The organizer will take reasonable measures to protect personal data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law or necessary for program delivery.
- By registering, participants consent to having their name, job title, organization, and email address included in a participant directory shared among attendees for networking purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to have their contact information shared with other attendees may opt out by notifying the organizer in writing prior to the event.
13. Liability
- The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including travel and medical insurance where applicable.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Indonesia.
